Our habitats are defined by habit, the daily grind of rituals that tie our ten senses down to socially acceptable media and politically corrective architecture. Our naturally blind life styles have taken the planet to the brink of ecological collapse and spiritual extinction and only art might save us now. Art is the world’s oldest profession, older than prostitution, more ancient than any city, more liberating than any revolution. Art changes the world by changing human perceptions. In a private rite, Katie Vickers and I performed an exorcism of senses, ennobling the radical subjectivity of our beings, hacKING into our borders to break open the prison cells of our perceptions. What we do defines our noble, but radical subjectivity, noble subjects of human desire, noble citizens of our subjective nature, noble participants in the rites of thinKING, drinKING, fucKING, smoKING, licKING, mocKING, seeKING, looKING, speaKING, tricKING, freeKING and breaKING open our head of rules in the maKING of art out of habitat.
