Route
Hacking Habitat is easily accessible with public transportation. Take Bus 28, 128, 50, 51, 54, 77 from Utrecht Central Station to bus stop Stadsschouwburg. From this bus stop it is only a few minutes’ walk.

If you walk from the parking garage Hooghiemstra via Wittenvrouwensingel to the exhibition, along the way you’ll find the artwork ‘Angels” from Moniek Toebosch and ghettoblasters ‘Songs for Piketty’ from Dries Verhoeven. If you decide to walk from Central Station, you will also find the ghettoblasters of Dries Verhoeven’s ‘Songs for Piketty’ on the Voorstraat.

Parking
Parking is not possible at Wolvenplein for exhibition visitors. Parking garage Grifthoek is located on the northeast side of the city center, close to Griftpark, at a five minute walking distance from the Wolvenplein prison.

Disability access
The exhibition is accessible for wheelchair users. We’ve also taken the height of the artwork and the title tags on the walls into account so that they are visible for everyone. However, we would recommend  you to send an email to info@hackinghabitat.nl for information and assistance.

Water&Brood
Inside the former prison, you will find the canteen Water&Brood. The canteen is open during the exhibition hours of Hacking Habitat, for a nice cup of coffee, a glass of wine or a sandwich.
